1. Introduction

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscriptions, refunds, and AI/Voice credits for VAVA, a service provided by Sploding Enterprises. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your subscribed features and any accumulated credits until the end of that billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription midway through a month (or billing period), you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of that period.

Case-by-Case Discretion

While our standard policy is non-refundable, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We review requests for full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Sploding Enterprises reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to grant or deny refund requests based on the nature of the issue (e.g., technical failure or service outage).

4. AI & Voice Credits

AI and Voice credits are consumed on a per-minute basis, where 1 credit equals 1 minute of AI voice generation time. Credits may be deducted fractionally based on your exact usage down to the second. Unused AI and Voice credits remain available for use until the end of your active billing cycle, even if you have initiated a cancellation. However, all AI/Voice credits are strictly non-refundable and hold no monetary value outside of our platform. Upon the expiration of your billing cycle or termination of your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited immediately.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your subscription, please navigate to the billing section in your account settings. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to an exceptional circumstance, please contact our support team.
