1. Introduction
Welcome to VAVA. VAVA is a brand and service provided by Sploding Enterprises. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. User Conduct & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including harassment or violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. AI & Voice Content
Our services allow you to create, interact with, and generate AI agents and voice content. You retain ownership of the content you create; however, you grant Sploding Enterprises a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display this content to provide and improve the services. You may not generate voice content that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent, or that promotes hate speech or violence.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the services may require payment or a subscription. By subscribing, you agree to our billing terms. Users' credit balances are maintained via an internal ledger system. Utilizing the AI agents will automatically draw down from this balance on a prorated, per-minute basis. If you run out of credits mid-conversation, the AI will safely terminate the call. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Sploding Enterprises reserves the right to change its pricing with reasonable notice to you.
5. Liability Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Sploding Enterprises disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sploding Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana, India.
